What is an operations management suite?
It is all of the tools + frameworks needed to manage your operations in your business. Think of it as the entire operations department of your business, rather than just a couple of templates to copy and paste.
Are the templates only for ClickUp?
I only teach task management in ClickUp to implement the materials of this course. The all-in-one capabilities that ClickUp has is one of its strongest selling points as a project management platform. I haven't been able to replicate the exact process using Asana, Notion or Airtable. I have other templates for other purposes, but not task management.
What if I'm new to online business? Is this right for me?
This template is the foundation to use for managing your operations, no matter where you're at in your business journey. If you're just getting started, you will just use the simplest version of this system and tweak it as you scale.
